Well....I have been slinging IPHONES on EBAY the past few days and my oh my is Ebay getting out of control policing the sales of IPHONES on there. Crazy stuff. They keep pulling my postings..even after people have done a buy it now and paid me through paypal. I understand they are trying to keep the sales of these 100% legit but they are getting a little crazy if you ask me. You must have the item in your possession. You must have a photo showing your ebay username...if you have multiple items as I do you must show all the items.
CRUZY...they just added these NEw criteria last minute for the IPHONE and I think is is WHACK. We are a longtime power seller on EBAY and we got no love. NONE...if there is a good alternative to EBAY out there lmk because I am ready to bail on them! Silly bastards.
Oh yeah....peep the EBAY posting here if you haven't already gone there 3 times...he he

OK I am not laughing NOW...I just got my account partially suspended. I can't post anything for coolestshop. Can't revise the listings we have...can't even remove the one last sentance in our listing that is making the iphone listing non-compliant. I guess you HAVE to take paypal payments...which we did. We sold one 4GB this morning, and the gentleman paid ASAP paypal...only to have ebay e-mail him and myself to say that the posting...although it had already been sold andpaid for was cancled. Before I could contact the buyer he had bought one from someone else...and then I proceeded to MELT down and loose. it. Poor Mona got the worst of it....when she asked me to stop yelling when I was clearly only raising my voice I surly HAD TO show her what screaming really was in my definition....which I do not think helped out the situation. Bennett her boss I thought had me dialedand taken care of but as soon as I got off the phone with him I realized that my account was limited and that I had already had one of the iphone postings removed....dang....I will HAVE to update you tomorow. By then I might be arrested by the EBAY police!

Ok, well they finally re-instated my EBAY account....but if I make any additional listing violations with any iphone postings I will have my account suspended indefinitely...so I am taking a HUGE risk even selling these still but that's how it's gotta be. Can't be going back to P-town to return these bad boys....took too much effort from my Mom's to get them in the first place. Bottom line is that they took care of me eventually but I think on one of the many e-mails I set them I stated that I was so frustrated i might jump off a bridge today if they didn't take care of me and that is really why they helped me so fast. I threatened to take all of our business from them...got over $11,000 of gear posted on ebay these days. And that meant nothing to them....loosing an ebay customers business is not important to them...but loosing a ebay customers life is important to them. So keep that in mind next time you are having trouble with your ebay account....a little implied suicide threat goes a long ways....I guess. The fact is I never specifically stated what bridge, how tall it was, how deep the water, or lack or water there was....so I am not sure how viable a threat it really was...in a court of law...but it did the trick...now i can crack open a few beers today and do some skeet shooting on the ebay homepage!
