NIKE Mad Jive

Just peeped a link off hypebeast to see the Nike fall 2006 line. The most interesting new style to make it's way into the Nike line was the Mad Jive which looks to be a classic topsider deck shoe style but it has been modified with a Dunk sole pattern. Super cool...you can thank brands like Creative Recreation and Alife for making the boating shoe style come back into fashion.

True DAT son! Found this link to MC Hammer's Blog on the Mama blog. AJKO on EBAY

Just saw these bad boys on ebay here. The same seller also has a pair of blue AJ1's size 14 too...not nearly as minty since they were all leather and that leather has a shelflife for sure. The red black and white ones are a size 11.5, look deadstock....old as dirt but a great pick up for the right Jordan-head, since they were constructed of mostly a canvas upper they look to have stood the test of time quite well. Not sure about the integrity of the mid-sole but who cares right? Forget about it!

GREEDY GENIUS

Looks like there is another independent sneaker company about to drop called Greedy Genius. Looks nice and bright...there are some failry cool designs too...not to mentionn some played out see before styles as well. Hypebeast just dropped some pics taken from Uptempoair.com of some samples that have surfaced of new Jordan V colors to be released....holy moly I think I need to change my shorts...these are NICE, and in Nubuck no less....yeah baby!

LEBRONS x UPPERDECK

Due to the popularity of the Nike Lebrons advertisements UpperDeck has teamed up with Nike to produce a limited edition toy figure set based on the series. There was a pre-order window to guarantee people one of the sought after, limited to 750 total worldwide, figures. Now those are gone if you missed them there will be a limited amount released on the launch date in mid-april on Upper Deck website. Good Luck. Gravis x Stash

This kick ass collaboration between Stash and Gravis recently dropped on Swedish site CALIROTS They cost about $130, depending on the exchange rate and they come in white or black. Stash is a busy man, just opening up a new Recon store in NYC too.

APPLE NEWS, MacBook

Apple has decided to partner up with processor manufacturer Intel to power their new Mac Books. According to this article from CNN, we should start seeing them on shelves soon. Another interesting related story is the issue of hackers attempting to run the new Apple operating system on computers other then an Apple. They have embedded a message that will appear to anyone attempting to hack thier system softwear. The embedded poem reads: "Your karma check for today: There once was a user that whined/his existing OS was so blind/he'd do better to pirate/an OS that ran great/but found his hardware declined./Please don't steal Mac OS!/Really, that's way uncool./(C) Apple Computer, Inc."
